 Electricity is one fee per vendor, regardless of how many booths you rent. Parking is assigned and limited and must be reserved on your application. 

 Payment options
 Cash and check (payable to Nicole Allison) are free. Checks are not accepted starting Sept. 16, 2027 (30 days before the show). Venmo is accepted: pay Nicole Allison at @Nicole-Allison-25 (https://venmo.com/u/Nicole-Allison-25) and put your name and booth count in the Venmo note. PayPal is also accepted with no fee: pay @wookhook (https://paypal.me/wookhook) and put your name and booth count in the PayPal note. Cash App is also accepted with no fee: pay $npalli (https://cash.app/$npalli) and put your name and booth count in the Cash App note. Pay by credit card through Square (https://square.link/u/tBoWBKz7): a 4% surcharge is added on top of the amount due, rounded to the nearest dollar. Put your name and booth count in the 'Name and booth count' field.
 Checks payable to Nicole Allison and mail to P.O. Box 5025, Bell Buckle, TN 37020.

 2027 conditions (from the application)
 Fee is $270 for one 10x10 booth; $400 for one 10x10 food booth.
 Booth fee is non-refundable.
 You may rent more than one booth. Exhibitors who would like to extend out of their booths must purchase that space.
 Some electricity will be available for an additional $70 per non-food vendor and $85 per food vendor, regardless of the number of booths rented (please let us know on your application if you will be interested in electricity).
 Some limited trailer or auto parking spaces will be available for $110 per trailer and $85 per car. Parking is in assigned spots and you must display your permit to avoid being towed. Your spot might not be adjacent to your booth. You must reserve these spots on your application in advance or you will not have a parking spot.
 You cannot transfer your booth to another party.
 Exhibitors must furnish their own tables, chairs and display equipment.
 Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and reporting of Tennessee sales tax.
 Exhibitors will be responsible for the town permit fee. I will have town permits available when you check in.
 Exhibitors must leave their booth space in the same condition in which they found it.
 We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or your property.
 All set up must take place on Wednesday, Thursday or on Friday before 8 p.m. EXCEPT FOR FOOD. All food booths must be set up on Wednesday or Thursday. No food set-up on Friday. ABSOLUTELY NO SATURDAY SETUP.
 No cars or trucks are allowed on the site during the Bell Buckle Show.
 While we are happy to rent you a spot if one is available, you are not guaranteed a spot until you have paid in full.
 PLEASE DESCRIBE IN GREAT DETAIL THE BOOTH OR BOOTHS YOU WOULD LIKE. WE OFTEN CANNOT REMEMBER CONVERSATIONS THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU PUT YOUR REQUEST IN WRITING ON THIS APPLICATION (USE BACK IF NEEDED). MAPS AND DIAGRAMS ARE VERY HELPFUL.
